The problem

The Cotswold Company sells across four distinct channels – online, by phone, in-store, and through concessions in major department stores. Each channel had its own daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports, resulting in a sprawl of disconnected outputs. With no single, consistent view of performance, keeping teams across the business aligned and informed was becoming increasingly time-consuming and difficult to scale.

What Anumana delivered

01

Unified Multi-Channel Reporting Framework

We consolidated separate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports across the online, phone, retail and concession channels into a single, cohesive reporting structure.

02

Ready-to-Automate Static Reports

Structured static reports – such as the previous week's sales performance – built to be scheduled and distributed through Power Automate, for example as a Monday-morning email to retail staff.

03

Intuitive, Store-Friendly Design

A clean, easy-to-navigate reporting experience, so store and retail staff across the country can get to the insight they need without technical training.

04

Seamless Data Continuity

We delivered the new reporting layer without disrupting Cotswold Company's existing data infrastructure, working in constant communication with their internal data team throughout.

05

A Reusable Reporting Template

We structured the solution so Cotswold Company's team could extend and build on it themselves – greater long-term autonomy, and less reliance on external support.

The outcome

Cotswold Company has adopted the framework as a template for building further reports independently – a clear sign of the autonomy the project was designed to enable. Since handover, no post-launch fixes or issues have been raised.
