Anumana welcomes Thomas Smith

Hemant Patel and the rest of the team are absolutely delighted to welcome Thomas Smith to the Anumana team – as our Lead Analyst. Tom brings with him a wealth of diverse experience, some unique knowledge, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude which our clients are already finding infectious. Here’s a short interview with Tom to better introduce him to the world: 
 
Tell us something interesting about yourself. 
 
I’ve signed up to run a marathon in October but am yet to start training. I think I’ve been on one run since February! 
 
What convinced you to join Anumana so early in its journey? 
 
I have a lot of respect for Hemant and trust him to build a successful company with a fantastic culture and ethos. On top of this, I like the idea of being part of a company from day one, helping to grow the company as I grow with it. I hope to have a strong influence on the development of the company and the direction we take it. 
 
What does success in your role look like for you? 
 
I hope to consistently produce market leading solutions, optimally utilising my own technical and analytical abilities to drive value for our clients. Further to this, I want to contribute to building a diverse team of brilliant individuals, developing their technical skills along the way. I want to build a team that people are proud to be a part of.
